一.联系久未下单的老客户
如果客户久未下单，可以先初步跟进，
Hello XXX, hope all is well. Any new orders for 产品名 this year?
如果跟进后无果，可以继续发以下邮件过去:
Hi XXX,
I hope you're doing well with everything going on right now.
寒暄，希望诸事顺利，一切安好。
I haven't heard back from you since last follow-up. I have to assume there might be some issues on our busienss relationship
上次跟进后便没有收到你的消息，我猜想我们合作上可能出现什么问题
Please let me know if I can be of any help. 请告知我这边需要做些什么。
二. 激活久未联系的潜在客户
Hi XXX,
I hope you're doing well. It has been very long since we touched base.
寒暄，希望一切安好。好久没联系了。
I hear business in xxx （客户国家名) is picking upnicely these days. How is yours?

三. 跟进经常下单，突然没音讯的客户
